We offer all-inclusive custom made cycling holidays. Our goal is that you have nothing on your mind other than riding your bike, in order for you to fully enjoy Oman. Accompanied by an experienced guide, you will discover the most beautiful places at your own pace. We offer constant support from our support car(s), so you don’t have to worry about anything. We know the country inside out, speak the local Arabic language and work together with locals. Everything is present for an all-inclusive, safe and unique (cycling) experience. We take you, your friends, your cycling club or whoever you like to ride bikes with to discover the many treasures that Oman has to offer.
Custom made
Your trip is fully customisable. Whether you want to cycle for five, ten or fourteen days. Bikepacking, cycling holiday or training camp? Each group a unique experience! We want to make your dream (cycling) holiday become a reality. We live in Oman and are very flexible. You can determine the date of the tour yourself. During this conversation we will look at the different options available and how we can cater to your wishes. Based on our call we will send you our proposal.

The untouched nature is extremely accessible, camping is possible nearly everywhere. Oman offers challenging cycling routes through a mountain range without equal. Freedom and adventure, all-inclusive.

Aimed at small groups with an eye for personal attention and a warm atmosphere. Barteld rides along, for a fully catered and safe experience. On low-traffic roads and tracks, away from the crowds,
you will discover Oman from the inside.
Perfect cycling weather
The mild climate between October and March is ideal. When the roads back home are slippery and wet, Oman’s winter offers perfect cycling weather. With temperatures between 20 and 30 degrees and hardly any precipitation.
Surprising world
Enjoy each day on the bike and find yourself in a whole new world. Afterwards you can rest and reminisce at a cafe or by the pool. Hotels and resorts in the most beautiful places provide us with the necessary luxury to recover.
A love for the country, culture and Arabic language in combination with his passion for cycling has resulted in Untravelled Roads. He can often be found in the workshop where he likes to work on bikes, but he prefers to get out and about himself. On his road bike, but if possible also on the gravel bike / mountain bike packed and loaded for a new adventure. The ideal way to fully experience freedom in the nature and mountains of Oman. Oman is therefore at its most beautiful by bike. For Barteld, nothing beats being able to share this experience with others.
